Product returns and exchanges
All product sold through http://dcubestore.com/, unless otherwise noted, comes with a 30 day return policy. The 30 day period begins the day the item is received by the customer from the shipping company. Product may not be returned for refund or exchange if it is damaged or altered (including soldering) in any way. It is the responsibility of the customer to deliver the product to DCUBE Store for refund or exchange, this includes shipping charges.
All product sold through http://dcubestore.com/, unless otherwise noted, come with a 90 day warranty. The 90 day warranty period begins the day the item is received by the customer from the shipping company. This warranty does not cover replacement of physically damaged or altered (including soldering) product although dcubestore.com may, at our discretion, attempt to repair physically damaged components if possible. This warranty may exclude non dcubestore.com manufactured product such as communication interface modules. Customers are responsible for delivering product to dcubestore.com for repair, this includes shipping charges. DCUBE Store will pay for the return of warranty repaired items back to the customer via ground shipping within the continental US. Customers outside the continental US will be required to cover the shipping charges of all warranty repair items.
All technical related questions will be handled through dcubestore’s forum. Sales inquires may be submitted through dcubestore.com’s contact forms. All order status/processing inquires including shipping information and order lead time are also handled through dcubestore.com’s contact forms.
All information submitted through dcubestore.com’s forum is public and may be viewed by anyone. If customers have privacy-sensitive questions, they should be submitted to dcubestore.com’s staff through the contact form or live chat. User account passwords are private and may not be retrieved by anyone including dcubestore.com staff.
All dcubestore.com product is subject to change without notice. This includes physical alteration of the product footprint, including size and shape, the use of alternate components or component substitutions, or alterations to on-board firmware and/or desktop software.
