Description

MCP23017 Relay Shield Arduino Micro Control 24 Relays and 8 digital input/outputs with only two I²C pins from your Arduino Micro using this expandable relay shield.

This controller provides an ideal host environment for your Nano with an I²C expansion port and triple-row headers, retaining wire access to your Nano port pins. The on-board +5V 500ma switcher regulator is capable of powering your Nano, several I²C expansion modules, and many off-board circuits. This controller uses a pair MCP23017 Relay Shield Arduino Micro I²C port expanders from Microchip to control 24 Relays, expandable to control 128 Relays through the I²C expansion port. Operates on +12VDC using a 2.1mm barrel connector (center positive) or 2-wire terminal block.

This relay shield is also compatible with a 418MHz Key Fob receiver (Part Number: MKFR), allowing your Arduino Micro to receive and process remote Key Fob commands up to 750 feet away. Up to 40 remote controls may be associated to the MKFR. Program your Arduino Micro to control relays in any way you can imagine through the use of a remote Key Fob. Compatible with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 8-Button MS Series Key Fobs from Linx Technologies.
